A health, wellness and fitness professional since 2005, Drew personally understands the challenges that come from battling a significant health issue. Diagnosed with what he was told was an incurable autoimmune condition in his mid-20s, Drew’s faith led him explore holistic, integrative and evidence-based interventions and lifestyle changes to find a solution. After only a few months of implementing some new-found strategies, Drew’s health dramatically improved!

His experience was so profound that he ended up shifting career paths- from clinical counseling to holistic health, nutrition and functional fitness. For the last 12 years Drew has served his health coaching, nutrition coaching and personal training clients by combining a passion for all things health-related with a sincere desire to help people overcome whatever health challenge stands in their way.

A relentless researcher and writer, Drew published his first book in 2018. His latest book, The Dreiling Health Resource, 2nd Edition is a 400+ page compendium of must-have, life-changing health information, now available online through Amazon. In late 2018 Drew launched his own coaching and training business. Agape Health Solution LLC provides one-on-one and group health & nutrition coaching and personal training services to local and remote clients.

In late summer 2019 Drew launched Agape Health University, an online platform providing online health courses designed to give remote learners the essential information and tools needed to take control of their health.

Hey all, Drew here. I created this course because I want you to be as healthy as possible, and I firmly believe the information contained in this course will -- when applied -- lead to a dramatic improvement in your physical health! Because of that I want you to start right away with Section 1, Lesson 1 on the day you enroll.


Contained in each lesson is a reading (usually takes 5-15 minutes) followed by a short quiz. Some lessons also have an optional homework assignment, to help you implement the lessons learned (and reap the health benefits!). 

Each lesson should take a total of 15-30 minutes to complete. The lessons were created like this in the hope that the vast majority of students could complete 1 lesson a day, 6 days a week. If you fall behind (i.e. forget to do a day’s lesson) you may do 2 lessons the next day in order to get caught up. If you fall numerous lessons behind, it’s recommended that you do 2 lessons a day until you’re caught up. I usually discourage people from doing more than 2 lessons a day- the idea here being to encourage education frequency more so than education intensity and/or duration (I want you to "digest", understand and retain what you're learning after all!).
