STEP 1: PERSONAL TRAINING STARTS WITH OUR INDUSTRY-LEADING ASSESSMENT TOOL...
As with health & nutrition coaching, our personal training clients begin by completing our online health assessment tool. Our proprietary online assessment tool aims to provide coach and client with a clear view of the client's physical condition and lifestyle/health-impact areas (including past trauma/injury/illness and current habits in areas like psychosocial health, sleep, exercise, physical activity, nutrition & medical factors).
With personal training there is a special emphasis on evaluating the musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, as well as the client's current exercise and physical activity habits.

STEP 2: WE CREATE A PERSONALIZED EXERCISE PLAN!
Completing a proper health, fitness and movement assessment while working with a knowledgeable health professional is often step #1 to truly improving and optimizing your health. Step #2 is using the results from that assessment (and movement analysis) to create a personalized, safe, effective (and hopefully fun!) exercise plan. Just as a contractor doesn't build a house without a sound and specific blueprint, we work with our personal training clients to create an "exercise blueprint" designed for the most valuable house of all- their physical body!
We are passionate about giving our clients the tools needed for optimal results. In that, our personal training clients receive a few things from us, including...
A tracking log for basic health indicators & body composition (measurements like weight, inches & body fat % are usually taken every other week)
A personalized and modifiable weekly exercise plan
A trainer-designed personalized workout for home or gym use (optional- additional fee may apply)
Healthy & unhealthy food list with macronutrient guidelines for best results
Meal plan template
For interested clients we also track performance on select exercises, to assess fitness progress throughout the training experience. And finally, we also provide our personal training clients with access to our "Exercise 101 Mini Course," which provides 1-2 week's worth of daily readings & follow up questions, designed to give our clients the essential exercise info needed for them to understand our movement approach so they can take control of their fitness!
STEP 3: ON-GOING PERSONAL TRAINING (AND EXECUTING THE FITNESS PLAN!)
On-going personal training (including PT sessions and email/text support) builds off the exercise plan foundation, and provides the client with the on-going guidance, support, resources and accountability needed to continue to make dynamic fitness progress!
